Colorado residents who currently receive waste collection services from Republic Services and would like to receive information about adding recycling service under the new EPR program can fill out the form. A Republic Services representative will contact you by phone to discuss available service options, confirm eligibility, and complete the enrollment process. Current service rates and terms will apply until Republic Services completes its enrollment in the program.

• Under the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) program, the base residential recycling service fee will be provided at no cost to eligible residents and reimbursed by the Circular Action Alliance (CAA). 

• Upon Republic Services' approval to participate in the EPR program, the base residential recycling service fee will be provided at no cost to eligible residents and reimbursed by the Circular Action Alliance (CAA). 

• No additional action is required. Once eligibility is established, you will be automatically enrolled in the program, and the savings will be reflected as a credit or reduction on your invoice.
